When the people who were supposed to give a f*ck about us,
didn’t give a f*ck about us,
or don’t give a f*ck about us now,
it’s hard to give a f*ck about ourselves - or convince ourselves we’re worth giving a f*ck about.

Who I Work With
I support adults who grew up feeling unseen, unsafe, or needing to earn love—through experiences like emotional neglect, trauma in relationships, or living under constant pressure to perform. I welcome neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and ethically non‑monogamous folks, because your whole identity matters here.
What Shows Up in Life
You might be struggling with:
Anxiety that never lets up
Burnout from “doing all the things”
Dissociating or feeling disconnected from your body
Emotional outbursts followed by shame or guilt
Chronic self‑doubt, perfectionism, or people‑pleasing
Parts of you that feel frightened, ashamed, or numb
That mix? It’s exhausting—and it makes sense when who you’ve had to be to survive becomes who you think you have to stay.
My Approach
This isn’t about dissecting every traumatic memory or forcing you to “work harder.” Healing happens when your nervous system feels safe enough to relax. We’ll work with:
Parts work & EMDR: Creativity, compassion, and care help us befriend early‑formed survival parts
Mindfulness & self‑compassion: Soothing inner critics and cultivating kindness toward yourself
EMDR-informed trauma work: When you’re ready, we can safely process trauma in a paced, contained way
I've trained and practiced extensively with dissociation and developmental trauma—working intensively with complex cases like DID, OSDD, and CPTSD.
