Feeling Unsteady While Working with Trauma?
Navigating therapy with clients involving attachment trauma and dissociation can feel overwhelming and it’s okay to need support. If you’ve ever wondered, “Am I missing something?” or felt triggered by your client’s protective parts, this is a space where you can pause and reconnect with your therapeutic intention.
I create a grounded, relational environment where you can:
Recognize dissociative symptoms in clients
Understand parts work—blending IFS & Ego States informed parts work and EMDR-integrated approaches, even with dissociation
Track your internal experience & countertransference—so your responses stay grounded, not reactive
Engage with protective parts—both in your clients and yourself
Develop a grounded, attachment-focused trauma lens—so you approach complex cases with compassion and clarity
Our work together is tailored to your needs—whether you’d like a one-time deep-dive or ongoing clinical support—and centers your growth and relational reconnection to your practice identity.

Consultation Rates
I believe that high-quality consultation should be accessible to therapists at different stages of their career. To reflect that, my fees are tiered by level of experience:
Pre-licensed Therapists
Free 30 minutes consultation
Early Career Therapists (within 3 years of graduating)
$50 per 50-minute consultation
(designed to support you as you build confidence and skills in the early years of practice)Established Therapists
$100 per 50-minute consultation
(specialized consultation for clinicians who want to expand their capacity in DID and dissociation work)
Group Consultation
Sometimes the best learning happens in community. Group consultation offers the chance to learn alongside other early career therapists who are also growing their skills in recognizing and responding to dissociation.
$30 per person, per 60-minute group session
Groups are kept small so there’s room for each person’s questions and cases.
A supportive space where we slow down, notice, and make sense of dissociative processes together.
Trainings for Your Team
If you’re part of a clinic, agency, or group practice and want your team to feel more confident working with dissociation and DID, I offer customized trainings. These can be tailored to your team’s level of experience and specific client needs. Rates vary based on format and group size — contact me to talk through what would serve your team best.
